LA Live Courtyard/Residence Inn

A principal of EB-5 United was a member of the co-development team and is part of the ownership entity of the 400-room hotel in Downtown Los Angeles. The project’s capital stack included $176 million of EB-5 finance.  The project is completed, fully funded, fully operational, and has received 100% I-526 and I-829 approval by USCIS.
